Alterations:

Removed net petticoat

Removed a layer of tulle between the satin and lace so that the lace layer was more transparent

Altered the shape of the satin and organza underskirts so they were more narrow - created a fitted skirt silhouette and showcased the weight the bride had lost

Removed the train

These alterations turned the slightly outdated dress into a modern and flattering fashion statement direct from the runways!
