When a bride calls for an appointment, she gets me. When she comes in for her appointment, she gets me. When she asks a question about a gown she tried on or enquires relating to a particular gown, say through Facebook or email, I’m the one who replies. If they need alterations made to the dress, they get me. It doesn’t matter what day it was, what time, or at what part of the service, my clients get me. I am involved in the entire process.
 
While this kind of service does come by virtue of me owning a boutique business, it also allows quality to be delivered at every step of the way. When choosing their gowns, my brides get the best of my 25 years experience. Every gown that is stocked has passed my critique – the design, the beadwork, the fabric and its heaviness, the finishings, the cut, the hemming, the stitches, and above all – the structure.
 
The key difference between myself and other businesses is that I’m a seamstress not a salesperson. I’m as much invested in the quality and choice of a bride’s gown as they are – even after, and even more so, after they walk out the door with their dress. The gowns that are stocked at Accapella Bridal were handpicked by me – I’ve seen them, felt the fabrics, etc before they reach my boutique. I don’t pick them from a catalogue. My gowns are a collection and because I’m so familiar with the different shapes, sizes, and shades of beauty, I have something of everything. I don’t have mass quantities of any one dress, but if you want a gown with a halter neck, or a strapless, or a lace applique, I have something for you.
