This bride ordered her dress from me, however after a few months she started to have second thoughts on the design of the back - it was a nude sheer tulle that buttons at the centre, but looks ’naked’ until the lace at the armhole. To counteract this, I ordered lace pieces to fill the space. I had to pin the lace pieces on while she was wearing the dress to ensure that it fit correctly. This is actually a difficult task, as normally this would be undertaken in reverse with a special transfer paper.
