Hi, An experience I thought I would share, A few weeks ago I had a bride ring me for her wedding dress alterations , she said she`s not from the area and if she could see me that day. I said yes not a problem. while I was fitting her I asked , where are you from? she said 'Cobar " . I didn`t have a clue where that was. She said "8hrs drive near Bourke ". I said WOW!! Is there no seamstress in your area ? She said not that I know of, but you were highly recommended and I thought it`s my "wedding dress" and I want it right. I was absolutely flattered.
She picked her dress up yesterday and everything was perfect of course. I said you must be tired ? she said " I drove to Dubbo got on a plane to Sydney Airport then hired a car and drove to Wollongong ". I said to her I will share this story tomorrow if you don`t mind as I think it`s amazing. You made me feel fantastic as my name as a good seamstress has gone that far.
