There is no formula for finding a wedding dress. Some brides arrive knowing exactly what they want, while others have no idea where to begin. Both are perfectly welcome.
Styling Appointments.
We believe that more than a year out from your wedding is often too early to make a commitment to one dress. So we created these appointments for brides who are earlier in their planning journey, don't yet have a wedding date, or simply want the opportunity to explore bridal styles before beginning their search in earnest.
It is a relaxed, one-on-one styling experience where you can discover different silhouettes, fabrics and bridal looks with expert guidance — and perhaps surprise yourself along the way.
Designer Customisations
Sometimes the gown is almost perfect — but you can already imagine one little change.
Many of our designers offer beautiful customisation possibilities, allowing selected elements such as necklines, sleeves, bodices, fabrics and design details to be personalised before your gown is created.
With some of our design houses, the customisation process can be followed as the gown comes to life, with design stages presented for the bride's approval.
It is one of the things we love most about working closely with our designers: helping create a gown that feels unmistakably yours.
Alterations by Connie
The right wedding gown deserves the right fit.
With more than 40 years of bridal dressmaking, fitting and alteration experience, Connie brings an exceptional understanding of how a wedding gown should sit, support, move and feel on the body.
From hems, straps and bodice adjustments to intricate lacework and more involved structural alterations, every gown is assessed individually and altered with meticulous attention to detail.
Alterations are available for Accapella brides, with limited appointments also available for wedding gowns purchased elsewhere.
