My bride loved 8614 but there was a few changes she wanted done. I don't mind if brides want to change the dress but if it can be done and how costly it can be. Luckily for me I'm a seamstress so I can give an approximate price on alterations and if it can be done.

My bride wanted all the netting underneath the ruffle skirt taken out which would make the skirt less full which was exactly what she wanted. The bodice length was to long for her petite torso. I lifted the low hip bodice about 8cm.

She also like the criss-cross bodice affect which is done in tulle and organza, but wanted the lace appliqué removed on the left side of bodice. With the lace removed we made lace straps. The ruffle skirt train was also shorten. The changes in this Justin Alexander dress has made it her own, to suit her personality and body shape.
