I had recently been to the David Jones Bridal Expo in Sydney in 2013 and felt extremely intimidated by their expensive size 6 gowns (I am a healthy size 12). After this experience, I visited Accapella Bridal hoping that it would be a more pleasant experience (I had read a number of positive reviews online). When I first went into the boutique I felt anxious and was shaking. Connie, the owner and operator put me at ease. She put me in a number of dresses that flattered my figure and gradually put together a picture of dress that she thought I would love. Although I didn't find anything that day, she knew the perfect dress for me would be arriving in a couple of weeks. A day before the dress arrived, I tried on a dress at another boutique that I saw online and loved to be able to compare the two. I then tried on the dress that Connie had ordered in and also loved it. I told her of my dilemma that I liked both dresses equally and wasn't sure which one to buy. Connie told me that I need to choose which one I love the most as it is my special day. I made the decision to purchase the dress from Connie and I told her my reason which was that her service was excellent, she made me feel comfortable and that I wanted to give her the business. She was touched by this experience, and welled up (and so did I). Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend Accapella Bridal. Connie helps you find a dress that suits you and your body shape, not the other way around. Danielle_x000D_

Thank you Connie for the most amazing dress! I came to Connie last year with an idea and she has helped me get the perfect dress! Connie explained to me that one of her stockiest in Italy could custom make my dress, but it would mean having all my measurements taken in Wollongong and then Connie liaising with the company in Italy. Everyone thought I was crazy to trust this process, but I knew that Connie was a professional and I totally trusted her. The process up until today when I tried it on has been seamless and not stressful at all. The dress arrived today – and it fits me like a glove! Even if it didn’t fit, I was never worried because Connie is a professional dress maker and I knew she could do alterations if necessary. The fabric and quality of the dress is nothing like I have ever seen or tried on before. It is defiantly one of a kind. If you are wanting a couture dress, I can totally recommend this process and you can put all your trust in Connie.

Connie has a gorgeous selection of gowns at her bridal boutique, which all are of beautiful quality and are reasonably priced.

She is very professional to deal with, honest with her opinions and she never pressured me to make the purchase quickly, like other sales people did at other bridal boutiques I came across.
