My beautiful mother!

Without her, I would not be able to put in the hours that I do. Here she is, dropping off home-made pumpkin soup, focaccia and biscuits - something she frequently does to help me out. It is a relief to know that I can work until 6pm and still have a meal on the table for my husband and children.

I love you, mum, and I am so grateful for everything you do.

Happy Mothers’ Day to all the mums out there, and especially to my brides who are sharing their first Mothers’ Day as a mother, instead of just a daughter.
